We will remove all water and moisture resulting from sprinklers and fire hoses used in extinguishing the fire, and if necessary winterize water pipes to prevent freezing.

Our Pack-Out Inventory System

Perfection Cleaning and Restoration uses a Pack-Out Inventory system (POI), in which all the contents are inventoried, photographed and bar coded for tracking through the entire pack-out and cleaning process, from move-out to move-back. A detailed photo documentation and accurate computerized inventory is provided to the Insurance Adjuster, Agent and Insured. All items are stored in vaults at our state-of-the-art climate controlled secure facility until restoration is complete and your items can be returned.
