How Mold Remediation Works

Perfection Cleaning and Restoration will provide a professional and comprehensive inspection of your property and can recommend a third party Industrial Hygienist (optional) to prepare a protocol for remediation, so that any potential health risks can be eliminated. We will then begin an appropriate course of mold remediation and containment.

Mold removal and/or containment may include the building of proper containment barriers to prevent the cross-contamination of mold spores; specific procedures must be followed based on the threat present. Our employees use state-of-the-art mold removal and cleaning techniques including portable air scrubbers, application of antimicrobials, and HEPA vacuums to ensure thorough mold remediation.

Perfection Cleaning and Restoration will utilize media blasting such as soda and dry ice blasting to remove contamination from stud walls, joists, attics, and crawlspace's. We can remove, clean, contain and dispose of any affected structural components according to IICRC mold remediation guidelines.

Perfection Cleaning and Restoration will decontaminate, clean and store any affected contents, in which all the contents are inventoried, photographed from move-out to move-back. A detailed photo documentation and inventory is provided to the Insurance Adjuster, Agent and Insured. All items are stored in vaults at our state-of-the-art climate controlled secure facility until restoration is complete and your items can be returned.
